Risk Assessment

Before taking on a cleaning services provider, you must always ensure that they have the appropriate risk assessment and prevention documentation. Without it, you could be putting your company and staff at a great risk.

 

Our specialised risk assessment form at Cleaner Air allows for an in-depth analysis with a simplified means of completion.  We identify your premises, its potential hazards, the potential harm and rank the severity of its assessment (low, medium, or high) before we begin our prevention method.  Next, we simply do it again but this time assess the risks after our prevention method is implemented.  In most cases, we classify your premises as a low risk environment to protect our cleaners and your environment.

 

Finally we use a simple mathematic calculation (risk probability x injury severity).  By ranking both on a scale of 1 - 5, we can divide a workplace into a final risk score of either low, medium or high.  This ultimately determines how hazardous the working environment is or, in most cases, isn't.

 

This method of risk analysis allows us to completely assess the workplace for its potential hazards, not just what we can see. As our control provisions are highly thorough and compatible for many cleaning environments, they enforce a very reliable and considerate risk assessment plan.
